Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing hands-on therapy to patients. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure our patients receive the best possible care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy, including deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, sports massage, and other modalities
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in the ongoing evaluation and improvement of clinical practices and patient outcomes
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide interdisciplinary care
- Requirements:
- Diploma in Massage Therapy from a recognized institution
- Registered and in good standing with the relevant regulatory body
- Strong clinical skills, including a variety of massage techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
